Marzena Żakowska is Assistant Professor at War Studies University, Warsaw, Poland. She has published numerous articles on the Balkan region and armed conflicts, including “The roots of armed conflicts —multilevel security perspective” and “Strategic challenges for Serbia’s integration with the European Union”.
